How to restore my password?

If you forgot your password, you can restore it through following these steps below:

• Click Forgot Password? button on the Sign-In page.

• Check your mailbox and click on the temporarily generated link provided within the email.

• If an email does not arrive, click Resend email to resend the verification email again.

• After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the Reset Password page where you can set new password for your account and click Reset button.

• In case of setting new password successfully, a success pop-up will appear and you will receive the relevant email notification in your inbox. Click Continue to sign in button to proceed to Sign-In page.
