How do I withdraw funds via bank wire?

If you would like to withdraw your fiat funds through bank wire transfer method, please follow these steps below:

• Click Withdraw button on top of Dashboard.

• Click Fiat toggle button.

• Select the fiat currency (GEL or USD), Bank Transfer (Wire) method and click Continue button.

• On the next stage enter the amount you are trying to withdraw in the Enter amount field. You can use MAX button for that purpose as well. Also, enter your bank account IBAN in the Beneficiary account number field. 

• You can save your IBAN for future transactions by clicking the toggle button, entering the name for your saved IBAN and clicking Save IBAN.

• Click Continue button.

• After that, an invoice will be displayed for your clearance providing all the details of your fiat withdrawal transaction. Click Continue button.

• In case you have 2FA enabled (SMS 2FA, Google 2FA or both of them), you will be asked for 2FA authorisation either by SMS code, by Google 2FA code or by both of them.
• After successful 2FA authorisation, a success pop-up will appear, meaning that your request for fiat withdrawal through bank wire has been received successfully. You will receive the relevant email notification in your inbox.
