How do I verify my account?

In order to verify your account, you will have to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure.

Please, follow these steps below:

• Sign in to your account and click Complete KYC button on Dashboard.

• A pop-up window will appear allowing you to select your country of residence. Choose the relevant option and click Proceed to KYC button. 

• In case you opt for Other Countries, a disclaimer will be provided with the list of countries the residents of which can not benefit from our services.

• Now let's get you verified at SumSub, a SaaS company used for online identification.

You will be asked to provide a government-issued identification document (ID card, Passport or Residence Permit) and a selfie. We recommend choosing the option to continue the process on your cellphone to scan your document and go through liveness check.

• Choose Other option and click Agree and Continue button.

• Choose your identification document type to upload the document photos or you can choose to continue on your cellphone for your convenience. To continue on your cellphone, click on the Continue on phone button, and scan the QR code or copy the URL and paste it in your browser.

• After that, you will be prompted to Liveness Check stage. Simply, click the I'M READY button when you are ready and follow the provided instructions.

• On the next stage, you will be asked to fill out the Questionnaire.

• Once you're done with KYC process, your account will be verified within a couple of minutes. A green tick icon will appear next to your profile photo and you will receive the relevant email notification in your inbox.
