How do I fund my account via cash?

If you would like to fund your account through cash points, please follow these steps below:

• Click Deposit button on top of Dashboard.

• Click Fiat toggle button.

• Select the USD fiat currency, Cash method and click Continue button.

• After that you will see the locations of our offices where you can top-up the balance of your account. You can click Details button to see more details of each location or click Contact Us button to get in touch with us through different channels.

• You will receive the relevant email notification after successful deposit of funds to your account.
